BUILD and ELEVATE – A year-long leadership development program designed to accelerate the careers of mid- and senior-level executive women in the hospitality industry through an in-person, cohort-based practicum, followed by executive coaching and virtual learning. Women are nominated to participate, and become part of the ForWard women’s leadership community, enjoying access to programming and networking opportunities offered by the ForWard initiative. Applications for the 2025 cohorts will be accepted in the Fall of 2024.

DEI Best Practices Guide – This resource is designed to help AHLA members with starting and/or accelerating their DE&I journey. The material is customized for brands, owners, and management companies and topics range from setting strategy to inclusive hiring processes, etc.
Resources for Combating Human Trafficking – Under the broader banner of the No Room For Trafficking Initiative, we support free online training modules for industry employees through ECPAT-USA and offer signage, sample policies, and other resources to help employers recognize and respond to signs of potential human trafficking.
Survivor Fund – The industry’s first-ever grant program for community-based organizations serving human trafficking survivors.
