Scotty joined the Foundation team in 2024 as our new Director of Programs and Impact. Before coming to work with the Foundation, Scotty worked at the University of Florida, where he was the Associate Director of Business Career Services. He was responsible for spearheading the execution of strategic projects, resulting in a 20% increase in program efficiency and effectiveness. He was also responsible for driving consistency and accuracy of all communications materials related to program initiatives across various distribution channels, resulting in a 20% increase in engagement on social media platforms. Scotty has also worked with the City of Gainesville Financial Services as a Procurement Project Manager, and at the San Diego Unified School District as a Program Manager. Scotty earned his bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Weber State University. He also earned his master’s in Organizational Leadership from National University.
